Whether it be celebrating the 200th anniversary of an ancient, forgotten city in the Middle Eastern desert, visiting a country awakening from a long, oppressive hibernation, or gambling with apocalyptic prophecies and ancient civilizations, here's a list of some of the hottest travel destinations in 2012, as predicted by experts from ABTA Travel Association in the UK and luxury tour operator Cox & Kings.
